Barb Fagan and Jared Sieling present at The ScottCare FORWARD Symposium (Video)
State of virtual and hybrid cardiac rehab: With the Public Health Emergency set to end May 11th, and so much having changed over the past 3 years, we want to step back and look at where virtual and hybrid cardiac rehab are today. This includes status of reimbursement, what delivery and financial models are being used, and progress in research and data tracking.
If you build it, will they come? Growing your program: Why do 80% of qualifying patients not even enroll in cardiac rehab? Does it have less to do with the quality of your Phase 2 program, and more to do with what happens "upstream", in the time between their event and an intake? In this session, we look at the upstream operational components that can impact enrollment rates, how to evaluate those for your program, and examples of how they can be used to grow your program.
